Anywho - the real answer here is Rob Brown.

Considering that Rob Brown had 212 points his last season in the WHL, I will say no, it was not a fluke. He had talent.

Not really the same thing, but I find it very flukey that Alex Daigle's had two seasons 20-31-51 (tied for his best) and they were on opposite ends of his career (about 10 years apart).
