Exactly.

Ya, its ridiculous.....there are some reasonable prices on CL for opening night. $75 for last row balcony but that sounds alot better than $200+

Be aware of scams on craigslist though. Buyer beware

I would only pay $150+ for the last balcony rows for a big playoff game... otherwise NESN HD is just fine for me.

I agree but if you are smart about it you can protect yourself(meet at sellers house with cash watch them transfer tickets to you, have them send you an invoice through paypal, Never accept hard tickets only from a STH, ect)

I hear what you're saying. But if you are dealing with a reputable person with references, I wouldn't hesitate to paypal money.

Especially now since there are no hard tickets. Sellers are not going to travel to meet someone with paper tickets that are the same exact ones they can email...or at last I'm not going to.

I have done several transactions through paypal in the last 48 hours. The key is trying to establish a seller as being reputable...not always easy. This said, at some point I am expecting the Globe and herald to come out with articles showing a rise in bruins tickets scams. Going entirely print@home isn't going to be without a few headaches for the B's.

you just really want to make sure that your not sending the money personally (without fees attached) much safer to send an extra 2.9% to cover the fees and also cover your own ass...
