I think he has top 6 upside in the way Dupuis is a top 6 player. He could be good enough to fill in a top 6 spot during injuries or as a third wheel on a budget, but he really shouldn't be a full time top 6er.
Id agree with this.... I don't think the kid will be all star material by any means, but a scoring touch on the third line is woefully missing... should have been duper... may be Menga
Yup. This is what I've been saying for most of the season. If we sign/trade for a winger to take the top line RW spot, or when an internal player (Bennett, Archibald, etc.) can supplant Dupuis, that a line of Dupuis (back on LW) with Sutter and Megna would be one of the very best 3rd lines in the league; and finally bring us a line that could have the type of identity, impact on the game and offensive production that we had with the Cooke-Staal-Kennedy line.
