Right foot gets cold when I skate.
Hey guys,
so everytime I skate, my right toe always gets cold.
I wear ankle socks when I skates, and my left foot is always warm, and my right foot gets cold.
Any ideas why?
if it matters, I wear rebook 4k's.

Anything restricting your circulation? And not to be that guy, but there's no hole in your skate is there?

Might be circulation, possibly bruising. I took a shot to my finger and had a nice bruise, when I was watching a game in a cold rink, the bruised finger went weird and tingly, and colder than the rest of my fingers.

You're cutting off circulation. When I crank down my 703s, the front half of my feet get really cold and then go numb by midway through the second period.

skates are either to small for you or your lacing them up too tight. Is it the entire foot or just a specific area( toes, heel, etc)

So there is no hole in my boot.... hahaha
And I went skating today and i tied my skates a lot looser, and my foot still got cold.
Could it be the skate?

Try wearing thinner socks and if they're the newer 4K, go easy on the Pump.

If it's not circulation then try thicker socks. Is this only when your skating?
If not go to the doctor, could be a clot.
