Toronto (Markham) and Quebec City. The new Toronto would be placed in the Central Conference (league would be 4 conferences of two divisions each) and Columbus most likely moving to the Atlantic Conference.

That ensures every team plays a Toronto team 4 times in a season and comes into Toronto twice helping to boost canadian tv value. It also placates the Leafs as the new team doesn't become a direct on oce competitor being in a different conference and perserves to Boston-Montreal rivalry. If bith teams were placed in the Northeast then Boston would have to be moved to the Atlantic killing that rivalry. Also putting the new Toronto team in the central gives Winnipeg a canadian buddy in that conference.

Seattle gets a team if Phoenix falls through.

And Jamison has NO connection to Seattle either

Oh and anyone following that debacle in Phoenix who thinks it will be over without a fuss at the deadline is fooling themselves. That is far from getting settled

Perry IS absolutely elite in terms of possession numbers, tops the league at his position. But he also plays with Ryan Getzlaf and Bobby Ryan.

And besides, those Kovalchuk criticisms just simply aren't true, especially these days. Kovalchuk's as good as a playmaker as he is a goalscorer.

Hey, LA Kings. **** you.
Unless they are Canadian, then they are lauded for celebrating that much.

I was wondering why Arnott was still out there when teams were jumping all over themselves to sign Gomez.
