He had a couple of good years in the U18, and to be fair, he did look like he could become one of the most promising Slovak prospects, but the writing has been on the wall for a while now that his NHL potential is basically 0.
I think it was testament to how far he's fallen (along with another promising youngster, Matej Paulovic), that they were both on the 4th line for Slovakia at the U18 Worlds.
he has season 2013/2014 to prove, that he is worth the draft pick. But he is not some power forward, checking forward, or something else. He doesn't have a body for this. He is a pure offensive forward. So he must be productive all season to be even considered for draft.
