Yak, Forsberg, Grigorenko, Galchenyuk, Faksa and Teravainen all look like they could have top line upside. Gaunce looks like a really good 2C, but doesn't quite have the upside you want in a top 10 pick. Does everything well and nothing great. A really safe pick to be a top 6 center if that's what you're looking for though.
I also think the Isles have a great opportunity in this draft to stock the cupboards on defense. If they can draft Murray(seems likely) and grab one of the late 1st ranked guys(Thrower, Lindholm) in the 2nd round it would be a huge step forward for them.

I agree but I still think he'll go top 10. I don't think Winnipeg takes a winger, if they don't take another center they'll take defense, but I think Gaunce is a guy they'll reach for. Obviously Faksa is ideal for them at the spot but I don't see him lasting tilll 9 to be honest.
There really is only one Canadian forward with top 10 talent and that's Marcantuoni however he has too many injury concerns to even go in the first round.
