current onwer of HC LEV is not the same as it was last summer. Maybe CKD wants to buy some shares, not all club. You know, club needs a lot of money to play KHL. If two or more big companies own HC LEV, it will be better for its financial condition. It makes sense, CKD want to make club stronger - more companies, more money.

My idea is that Komarek is involved in this case, maybe PPF or MND or his russian bank.

Yeah, I knew that. What I am saying is that I don't see a reason why CKD would want to get rid of some part of the club right now. But they probably know better than me what to do

CKD needs to find sponsors, maybe main sponsors are these companies and their condition is to have shares in HC LEV. Who knows? We have to wait until it is official (published at obchodni rejstrik)

Interesting info is that Komarek´ś KKCG Oil & Gas B.V . onws 16% shares of VEMEX, main sponsor of Energie in MHL. GAZPROM Germania GmbH has majority of VEMEX
