I think Smith ends up in KC next year, with Arizona and NYJ also being possible spots for him.

Harbaugh was right all along. He saw the guys everyday in practice and in drills and made the best business decision. I think people were upset more with the way it was done than anything, because most believe players shouldn't lose their job because of injury. Harbaugh would not have been as professional as Smith has been, that's for sure.

At the end of the day, the 49ers have the better qb on the field and Smith may get a ring and will get a starting shot somewhere else next season. Win-win.

Hopefully he doesn't go to KC, their whole organization is just a joke... unlike the Jets.

I'd like to see him go to Vikings, although not sure if they are ready to give up on Ponder.

That could just as well happen to Kaepernick. Rushing QB's always have more chances to get injured.

Kaepernick is much better at avoiding and not taking big hits. Smith tries to run like RGIII but without the athleticism.
