Man another pointless night from Rielly? Is he just snakebitten or is his play declining?
Probably has more to do with the qualitative effort of the team when he's on the ice. I've heard the rumblings of an injury, whether it's undisclosed or just not there I believe has yet to be determined. I wish he had more firepower to work with because he definitely deserves a better fate so far into the season.

Morgan Rielly was struggling with left leg injury late in the frame, but told trainers as he came off he was fine. Didn't miss a shift
His original injury was a torn right ACL. Quells any conjecture.

definitely snakebitten. its happened with every leafs prospect we've ever had any hope for. and its probably a case of his teammates not being talented enough. or his coach isn't using him properly. or maybe an injury we don't know about.
whatever the case, we know it isn't morgan's fault.

It might be mono.
Sometimes it is the mirror.
Like Duchene's bad season last year, sometimes things just don't work out for a stretch. Last year Rielly was what PPG for 18 games maybe he's a little gassed not having played so much in a couple years.

using his big frame to create space and his skating ability to find open lanes to drive the net. He stands 6-3 and is a natural goal scorer with plenty of confidence.
He's a scout's dream in the way he prepares himself and plays an unselfish game, making smart decisions with the puck. With his bloodlines, he certainly understands what it will take to make it at the next level.
