Shea Weber having one of his best years in his career

Shea Weber is on pace for 21 goals and 48 points and his first full season without Ryan Suter. He is also accomplishing this task with different defense partners and a Predators team that isn't winning like they are used to in the past few years.

Just 8 even strength points and -10. Good power play production though.

Here he is, good ol Canadian boy trying to do something quietly, and you blow it for him completely.

Way to go, OP.

It wasnt him who was at fault for a lot of the goals they let in. At least that's been the case in several matches I've watched.

Why would he be roaring back to something he already is?

Can't say I fully agree and I am a Preds fan. Yeah pure offensive stats are there. He is a very good d-man, but this is the franchise guy, the Captain. To me his play is spiritless and kinda disconnected. Did I mention he makes a ****pot of money?

It would be nice if he had a goaltender, a blueline with more experience and this phantom "defensive system" people around here seem to think Nashville plays.

Shea Weber needs no more attention.

More attention needs to be launched on Roman Josi's development into a top pairing defenseman.

I didn't realize how quiet hockey players and teams really were all of a sudden.

Let's not forgot even just ONE forward that's better than a contending teams third liner, at best.

Shea Weber having one of*the best years of his career would sound better for sure as a title.

Yes, Weber is a top defenseman in the NHL.
