A bit off topic, but I like the title of that video. "Inadvertantly speared in the ribs"...as Bolland clearly does it twice and I can't imagine what type of hockey play he was trying to make if not spear him

There are hits like what Perron did all the time. Cross check, hit from behind, whatever the hell you want to call it, it happens all the time. If you don't think so, you're living in lala land.

Perron barely even hit Franzen to. I've seen peewee's hit harder than that. Franzen just saw it was Perron so he figured he'd cheap shot him because Perron wasn't the same size as him. If that was Backes, Stewart, or Polak Franzen wouldn't of done a thing.

There is not one every single play in the corner, which is what I said. Perron wasn't right next to him when he did it either (which is what I believe you're talking about), he came from a distance (not a big one) and hit him into the boards from behind. That doesn't happen every single play in the corner of a game.
