I don't think it matters at all who the captain is, but if they are going to change it, give it to a new player not on the roster now. Whatever is being said by any leader on this team isn't working. Putting different letters on the current players isn't going to make a difference. Put that leadership role on someone who hasn't been part of this four year failboat.
