Feijoada is great... never had the guts to try feijoada completa though.
And don't forget the mocas, garotas, and gatinhas. And, having lived in Minas Gerais, I'm convinced that MG stands for muitas garotas, or mulheres gatas.
I've been making my own feijoadas since I came back to Canada... not quite authentic, Brazilian supplies are in short order here... but with some spanish chorizo and hot italian sausage, it still comes out tasting pretty good.

Now a days it's more like Muita Grana.... But as minas, gatas, gostosas are ready and willing. Oohhhhh Minas Gerais.....
A little off topic, but a friend of mine is married to a Brazilian woman, and her cooking is unreal. (yeah, she's smoking hot, too) I keep telling her she should open her own restaurant, but she's scared it wouldn't be successful in a place like Columbus. Personally, I disagree. I think she'd be gold.
My wife is from a small town in Minas Gerias. I met her working in Campinas for several months. Great place but I get tired of eating beans with everything!

I'm sure if the location was right, and there was enough starting capital, it would take off. She might have to look for other Brazilians though... the biggest turn off I had at a "Brazilian" restaurant was them telling me there weren't any Brazilians to talk to, and listen to them play Spanish music.
