One guy scored a really beauty of a goal and Kesler called it goal of the game - I think he'll remember that for the rest of his life, just as I will when Kesler drafted me. It's about those special moments with your heroes that really stick with you.

Well there's still 2 hours and 30 minutes left in the night. If your prediction comes true buy a LottoMax ticket tonight. Drive to a 7-11 at midnight if you have to, lol.
Haha, still some hope left. I do think there will be a season now though. Whether it's tonight or tomorrow...one thing is for sure is that I think an agreement will be reached over the weekend.

Actually, it's a Cabbie thing. We're the 3rd team to do it. MTL (Prust vs Armstrong) WPG (Ladd vs M.Richards) [was in WPG for some reason] If you watch the MTL one, it shows that Cabbie is the one who comes up with the idea. He just continued on with it I guess. Going around Canada?
Now Kes vs Bieksa. Expect to see a TSN segment in a week.

Yeah, it probably is. He did a really good job of organizing the event along with Kevin, Ryan, and Jason. They brought nets and goalie gear and once the media scrum was cleared out, the teams were picked pretty fast.
Also had a good 2 or 3 minute chat with Mark Donnelly before the boys got down there. He's a real genuinely nice guy. I played dumb pretty well pretending to not know who he was but just a real fun guy to be around for sure.
Another cool thing I noticed was that we had way more people show up than Winnipeg and Montreal did in their road hockey thing organized by Cabbie. Would have been even more if it were later on in the day.

I don't remember those people. I do remember the together-ness and community of those people that played though. It reminded me largely of the 2011 playoffs where everyone loved everyone wearing a Vancouver-coloured sweater. And if you weren't wearing one, your were against us
