He improved the defense and offense right off the bat with the Bucs from Dungy, not to say he didn't inherit some of Dungy's work, but Gruden still had to carry the job out

If Norv Turner doesn't get a HC job, he wouldn't be a bad option for the Jets to consider for the OC job

Gruden ran his own offense ,, He kept D intact because he is smart guy

Without Gruden the Bucs never get over hump

And Gruden gameplanned the hell out of the Buc team leading up to SB ,, Lets not forget he pretty much laid out the entire Raider offense/gameplan for them and played role of Gannon in practice

NFL Films video for that SB had Buc defensive players laughting on sidelines talking about how everything was 100% as Gruden said

Callahan was idiot for not changing up Gruden's offense going against him ,, But that was a hell of a coaching job by Gruden in that SB
