After you extract the folder from the download, all you have to do is copy it into the database folder. You dont need to change any old files, or move any of the files inside of the extracted folder. Just make sure to leave the folder intact. this is what my database looks like (screenshot). you can make it look exactly like this if you want, but you dont have to delete the old database files that are sitting in there.
