I've been away from my laptop since the playoffs started(watching the games at the bar).
I'll go on record and say I've called Bickell out for being basically a piece of **** the entire year. I even had an avatar I'm sure some of you remember. The dude is beasting right now. Hope he keeps it up!
When Bollig scored that all important goal Saturday, I had flashbacks of the beauty that Eager scored during our SC run. Goals from guys like that lift the whole team and take some of the pressure off of the top scorers. And what can you say about BB. he was hitting everything and was rewarded. A fine game by him and Bollig!

As soon as I saw Bollig on a line with Toews for 1 shift I thought about that Eager goal and shift.
Good move by Q

out for the year, no roster spot open even if he would be healthy

He was terribly overrated after a solid but unspectacular playoff/stretch drive.
Nah, I try to stay away from the main boards.. especially come playoff time.
All I have to say is.. Andrew Brunette and Sean O'Donnelll suck.

Well.....see, the thing is, experience does matter sometime. Experienced guys are less likely to make critical mistakes that can cost you a game. One rookie error in OT of a game can cost you a series. And the fact is rookies and kids are more likely to make those mistakes, generally speaking. That said, I'd put Frolik or Hayes in the lineup, certainly. At least they can keep up with the pace of the game. Brunette just slows that 2nd line down.

If a guy can't play who cares how experienced he is. Pisani had plenty of experience, but that didn't stop him from sucking horribly.
