Here's hoping. If it was the play from half way through the period and it didn't bother him until the intermission maybe it isn't too bad. Or maybe it is. We'll just have to wait and see.

I'd be more worried if he left after the injury tbh.

Looked like Kane fell on the shoulder he injured in the WCOH. I wouldn't consider it a good sign that he didn't leave right after the injury. Better maybe but if he went back to the room and did a strength test and his shoulder doesn't have strength then we are still ducked

Generally you would be. But the fact that he kept playing doesn't necessarily mean it isn't still a serious injury. Could easily be something that he didn't realize was serious until the intermission and then they find out it was extremely serious. And frankly it doesn't have to be that serious to be crippling to the season.

So yes, I and everyone would be more worried if he left mid-period. But....that doesn't mean anything.

That injury was a long time ago. It should have healed completely by now.

Shoulders are tricky. I know a few people who have reoccurring shoulder injuries

Just gotta think positive. Even if he is out for a while it doesn't mean the season is done.

Honestly even minor shoulder injuries are usually 2 weeks at minimum. Shoulders are a ***** to rehab.

This is what I was thinking. The timing couldn't be worse.

Andersen didnt play WCOH. He got injured in the last game of the olympic qualification for Team Denmark prior to the world cup.
