NOTHING?

There's no point in having/voicing an opinion when its so incorrect, bordering on trolling.

I think a lot of teams would be guilty of letting up, though, when they are up 4-0 with over half the game to play. Then you have that 5-on-3, which Dallas capitalized on, and a 4-0 game quickly becomes 4-2. I think some people overlook the significance that PP had. A 4 goal lead becomes a 2 goal lead in the blink of an eye. Then Dallas has over a period to keep chipping away.
I didn't see the penalties (guess the 2nd was a too many men from what I'm reading) so I can't really comment, but one thing I saw frequently in Washington was that instead of attacking the puck, they'd start chasing the puck, which is really only a very subtle difference and can happen even if you don't realize you're easing off. But yeah, I agree that a lot of teams would let up with a 4-0 lead, and I'll leave the analysis of your team to you - just mentioning what I noticed in Washington under the same coach.

I want to reiterate that I don't think Dallas is any kind of cakewalk(and judging from what I've seen, I don't think most Anaheim fans do either). This game, to me, is a perfect example of why Anaheim absolutely has to take them seriously. I think Anaheim gave them an inch, and they took a foot. I think Anaheim at their best is better, but if they aren't giving Dallas their best...

Second highest scoring forward, 5th highest scoring forward and top goal scorer in the west, 1st in the west by a fair margin, one of the top goalie prospects in the league, scoring throughout the lineup, a 20 year old defenseman already solidly slotted in as a number 3 defender...I could go on but if literally nothing impresses you about Anaheim, you're trying not to be impressed. I can name 2 or 3 things easy about pretty much every team in the league that impresses me. Maybe I'm just too easy to please.

Apparently.

Enjoy your almost-not-a-loss, Stars fans. I hear that's what you poor unlucky fans get.

Yeah, but did Anaheim nearly come back from being 4-0 down, only to lose 4-3? That would be really impressive.

But I doubt he'd say anything different.

Getzlaf was holding ice pack to cheek/jaw area on left side of face. Asked about possible break, BB said he'll know more tomorrow.

I have a greater appreciation for Anaheim after this game. Good lookin out!

As much as I like Seguin that one time to Getzlaf's face was careless and stupid. That almost never happens, a preposterously high slapper, and when it does it's never good. The shot wasn't a deflection, it was a sign of idiocy on Seguin's part.

It was a rolling puck in the last seconds of the game. How can you blame Seguin? 100% accidental.

I really don't have an issue with the shot at all. Seguin was trying to get a rolling puck on net. I'm hoping like hell that Getzlaf is okay, because if he's hurt Anaheim is in deep ****, but I see it as an unfortunate shot off a rolling puck.
