He turned the Ducks into a contender and drafted/signed the key players who would go on to win the cup in 07. Burke didn't even have to try and persuade Scott to play with his brother and trade 2 of Murray's draft picks in Lupul and Smid to get Pronger. Selanne wanted to go back to Anaheim so again, not hard filling in those pieces.
