[QUOTE=leoleo3535;47011221]Reasonable compared to other hockey markets-

No kidding

There's no way to possibly track this data. All these numbers are completely bogus. There's not one person in that building that pays face value & fees (including season ticket holders)..... It's a completely corrupt run circle. Even the NHL ticket buy back from TM is the largest scalp of all the NHL cities I've visited. My SCF tickets in Boston were 1/3 cheaper for same seats as Van and that was the trend in the entire building. media was reporting at the time of roughly 15% difference.

In Vancouver, people buy tickets when the team is doing well. When they aren't the place is pretty empty (see numbers from the late 80s. 9,000 per game avg one season).

Before you say "that happens everywhere", you haven't looked at Oilers attendance the past three years.

So we should look back in time for some markets - ie Vancouver but only go back 3 for EDM?

How about the mid 90's in EDM where the season ticket base was less than 6300.
