After the draft is done, which should be today, the amnesty buyout period will begin.
It is EACH teams responsibility to send me their amnesty buyout via PM. These players will become UFAs.
If a team wishes to buyout more than 1 player they need to SPECIFY which one they're using the amnesty clause on and which one they will take the caphit for. Remember the caphit can be spread out over twice the remaining term. For simplicity purposes we are going to spread out the caphit evenly.
For example, if Player X has 2 years left at a caphit of 5 million and you buy him out and he's NOT your amnesty buyout, the caphit will be spread out equally at 1.125 million over each of the next 4 years. (I hope my math is right, someone correct me if wrong).
It is also each teams responsibility to update your roster page on the team rosters thread. If this is not done you will not be able to bid on free agents nor give out or match offersheets to RFAs.

I am not going to take that much ownership and dig through EVERY single RFA in the entire damn league to see which will be FA's because you didn't offer them a contract. If I find out you did not tender a RFA and let him walk without notifying me you will be stripped of your 1st round pick next season and I'm being serious. It is not fair to the rest of us to not qualify a RFA and not inform the rest of us. So please pm me a list of your RFAs which you will not be resigning so I can add them to the UFA list.

Oops and also to add there was 1 or 2 teams that did pm me a couple of RFAs that they were not going to qualify however those PM's are long gone so please resend those players to me via pm.
