Not sure why anyone is surprised that a team that finished 10th in league scoring last year would have a dynamic offense.

Wow 3g in 1 period. Looking good without Lupul.

No one seems to be surprised and the original post kinda states that he hates to admit this. I for one picked the Leafs to win the Stanley Cup this year so I am delighted so far by these results. As long as Toronto can get the goalie situation squared away and tighten up the D I dont see why this organization cannot win multiple cups. Being a winner is not an easy task but this team has all the ingredients to be a Dynasty.

Too bad the defense isn't dynamic

Surprising that the Leafs solid goaltending is getting lit up

Too bad their goaltending is more bad than their offense is good.

Tonight's loss against the Isles was dynamic.

Looks like the Islanders have the more dynamic offense after all.

43 shots on goal against your make-shift defense. Our offense can't help our goaltenders from being bad

Are you incapable of giving due credit?

Why are you happier declaring "I lost" than "you won?"

What horrible sports.

Oh we lost and they won, Fair and square.
That said Islanders do not have the more dynamic offense.

Or that anyone is surprised that a team that is one dimensional is so crappy year in-year out....

The problem is Dynamic offense can take you only so far, you need to have a defense too. Ask the Capitals from years past!

Sometimes I wonder why these threads are left open. The posting fashion is so typical, Leafs win, some of the more outspoken Leaf fans come and brag a little. Leafs lose, all the trolls from other teams come and get their rocks off. It really brings no good discussion.

The Leafs seem to be a case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

One game, they're a great team. The next, they're downright brutal.
