Couldn't make my way out to the middle of nowhere so won't win. Did however accidentally buy a ticket for next Saturday's draw, so maybe I won't be winning a bigger jackpot.

Nobody won and now the Powerball Jackpot is $475 million with a likelyhood of reaching $500 Million come Saturday. Too bad the edited title won't show like it should.

If you take the cash value, it usually comes out to about half of the jackpot, so say $300, then the feds take 25% off the top. Some states take taxes too, though they don't out here in California, so it depends on the state you live in too.
Interesting tidbit from the local paper...I thought we were broke
