Best Type of Meat

For those saying horse: It's too muscular. Tend to be very chewy, tough cuts. Same with Dog.

I like chicken, but it doesn't hold a candle to red meat. Mostly because you can't eat it rare without dying.

Ostrich, gator, buffalo, and Venison are all great meats, but I haven't eaten them regularly enough to know of all the different cuts.

First of all if you believe the Bible, then if you believe the Creation story, look closely at the wording and it every good plant and fruit are to be eaten. Says nothing about eating animals. Some think that Adam and Eve didn't eat meat until after the fall and death entered the picture.
