Max for sure. Okposo was just showing what he could really be at the end of this season. He seems to have taken a while to recover from his shoulder, but he finally started playing well again towards the end of December. I think he had ~20 of his goals after December ended.

As of right now Pacioretty; in the future, still probably Pacioretty. He's essentially what JVR is supposed to be. The head injury didn't even affect him at all. Patches is a legit 30 goal PWF (well, at least I've seen him categorized as one in quite a few threads before), it's damn hard to find those nowadays. Okposo's starting to come around, but till he gets there, Patches has the edge in all aspects.

Still too early to make a definitive call, since JvR still has oodles of potential, but right now you'd be a fool not to take Pacioretty.
