i went to the BC - Florida St game last year, and being there and seeing and hearing them all doing it gave me goosebumps
The "war" chant looks absolutly amazing, I don't think Jets fans are trying to do a Atlata Braves type thing with the arms, it happens in small community rinks in the prairies all the time, just a way of pointing out the player your doing it to. We have done in for years while chanting "siv".
To anyone who says it is a classless act or what not, this is a sport where fans are passionate and where momentum swings dictate a game. If fans chanting or cheering can help a home team and get an away squad off their game, it isn't classless. Hockey is what we eat for breakfast in Manitoba, we know what we are doing, please leave us out of the classless conversation.
According to some of the whiners here on HF, this is a terrible crowd. Way too much yelling and cheering. They are obviously obnoxious people, who just want attention. They defiantly need to be "shown" how to be a good crowd by the self appointed experts here.

Before the chant started I jumped up and yelled "LETS REALLY SOCK IT TO ATLANTA BY USING THEIR OWN TOMAHAWK CHANT DERISIVELY TOWARDS DWAYNE ROLOSON AND CHANTING HIS NAME! THAT'LL REALLY TEACH THOSE ********** IN ATLANTA WHO LOST THEIR NHL TEAM" and the entire crowd listened.
