I know zilch about guns (I've never seen one in real life)...but don't some rifles disassemble? He could have walked inw ith a backpack and gone into the restroom and put it together, right?
All guns can be disassembled. A rifle barrel is hard to conceal given its length but sure other parts of it would fit in a backpack easily.
Handguns are much easier to conceal and apparently he had two that he used. The rifle I believe was found in his car.....

I actually had a small argument with my mom last night......it seems so dumb now.
I texted her a little while ago to say how sad I was over the shooting. she agreed.

Well I have some good news- my nephew's surgery was successful. The damage was not as extensive as the doctors had feared and after rehab he should be good to go.
His surgery was delayed a few hours because the hospital had to reserve its ORs for the shooting victims. Sadly they were not needed and finally they went ahead & operated on my nephew.
I feel sick right now. Sick with relief that Jared is going to be all right and sick over those murdered little ones.
Thank you all of you for keeping him & us in your thoughts today. You guys & gals are the best.
