I had some bad dizziness that lasted for years, went to all kinds of specialists, but no one could help me. Finally went to an allergy doctor and she recommended using a netipot. Apparently sinuses can have some effects on the dizziness. Eitherway it really seemed to work.

I get it off and on, usually due to ear problems. If you go to urgent care, get your ears checked for infections or excess wax.
