Wait....you did give me lights with poles and a fairly good sized hard drive.
Well, it was a certain color, so the size was to be expected

I caved! haha. I put her in her crate and she started crying so I gave in. The thing is is she's already potty trained so I'm not too worried about accidents... She ended up sleeping until 6 but I might have got two hours total I'm exhausted but we visited some relatives today so I got a chance to rest.

I'll never take parenting for granted again, it's hard work just taking care of a puppy.

So uh...i'll never say a bad thing about Adam Lambert ever again.

He and Queen came through here tonight. What a performance. Guy can actually sing. He put his own spin on a lot of the band's stuff (Which, imo is better. Since trying to be something you're not is just lame.) but he was still really good.

I'd also really appreciate if my generation would understand Queen actually did more than We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions and Bohemian Rhapsody. I'm so sick of the former two when they have such a deep catalog of music. (Except Hot Space, that never happened.)

Mini rant incoming;

People that do incredibly large orders in the drive thru are just awful humans. I got stuck behind one of these people today on my way to work. I pulled up as they were ordering so I had no idea obviously. They then proceed to sit at the speaker for 3 minutes, then at the window for another 5, because they got NINE drinks and FIVE sandwiches. Seriously go inside if that's what your order is.

I'll admit I was never a huge fan of Queen when I was growing up, but as I've gotten older (I'm 28 now) I've really taken a liking to most of their stuff not named the aforementioned three songs. Brian May is an extremely unique guitar player, has some really awesome riffs.

delicious! My mom used to make em at night for the my dad and I to have during the next mornings fishing trip.

So good with a little bread or plain. The crispy edges were always my favorite part.

The pasteis are just a tad easier to eat while watching the game

I ordered a 1/2 caf mocha at Starbucks and they definitely gave me full caf. Now I can't stop shaking.. Aside from pounding water, anyone have any suggestions on how to stop the shakes?

It is a complete blast Lonnie- great friends, great food & drink, hanging out on the deck or at the lake.

I haven't been up there in a while so I'm really looking forward to it

I was privileged to get to see them twice during the Hot Space tour - nearly a life changing experience.

You are so right about their catalog that you never hear, especially their early albums - highly recommend their first two...

The Family Guy with Stewie freaking out over the Queen album cover with the big robot is hilarious!!!!

Got to be the manager on duty at work last night sadly because the night bartender's brother was in a work accident on Friday and passed away today. So sad and horrible.

Thankfully it was an easy and early night until I was closing and didn't know they replaced the locks on the front door so the day bartender had to come back in to lock up. I felt horrible but he lives 10-15 minutes away. And he also helped me with the bartender reports since I hadn't done that since football season.

..... But two girls closing a bar without a door guy on a Saturday night wasn't the safest feeling, even with the door guys next door keeping an eye out for us.

I love fish croquettes and Queen

Sorry to hear of Jaci's Manager's loss and of Ali's shakes.

I am a trainwreck with too much caffeine or sugar. and by caffeine I mean more than one mug of coffee. Once, when I was still married, I had too much caffeine and sat on the floor and cried and then cut all of my pants with scissors because I didnt have crop pants to wear and had an outfit in mind.

true story.

put on some disco and just work it off. May I suggest Turn the Beat Around, by Vickie Sue Robinson, and then Disco Inferno by the Tramps. Finish it off with a cold shower with Barry White in the background and you will be fine. Always works for me when I have to much caffeine
