Also, Canucksarmy has a Richardson/Lain/Weise fourth line, though there's no reason to think that their version is more likely than yours, I guess.

The year of the kids - time to see if Pirri, Smith & Morin are NHL calibre players because there's another wave or two of prospects nipping at their heels - one of which (Danault) has an outside chance of making the team out of training camp.
D looks good but that offense looks more vulnerable.

I'm looking fwd to Dallas lineup. I like their additions

Who knows, but something like....

Hagelin-Brassard-Nash
Kreider-Stepan-Zuccarello
Pouliot-Richards-Callahan
Boyle-Moore-Dorsett/Lindberg/Miller/Kristo/Pyatt/Asham

McDonagh-Girardi
Staal-Del Zotto
Moore-Stralman
Falk

We have practically the whole organization going for that last forward spot including the towel boy

Parise-Koivu-?
Heater-?-?
Cooke-Brodziak-?
Rupp-Konopka-Mitchell

Suter-Brodin
Spurgeon-Scandella
Ballard-Stoner

Backstrom
Harding

Losing Cullen leaves us with no proven second line center. As of right now we have four spots open between 5 guys.

Pomminville-Obviously a lock to start. The question is do you play him on the first or second line. If you pair him with Parise and Koivu that is a dangerous line, but then you risk having uneven scoring.

Charlie Coyle-Pretty much a lock for a spot. Was told to prepare himself for the possibility of playing center next season. He played on the top line for the majority of the season and developed nice chemistry with Parise and Koivu. He got better as the year went on and I think it would be a shame to take him off the top line.

Mikael Granlund- Had a pretty disappointing first year. He got knocked down alot last year and needs to get stronger this offseason. Also needs to get better at making quick decisions. In an ideal world he will be the second line Center.

Jason Zucker- Had an up and down year but has plenty of talent. A bit undersized but fast and has a great wrister. He got sent up and down a couple times last year due to no fault of his own. I hope he isn't squeezed out just because he wouldn't complain if he starts the year in the minors and Nino would. He is more of a top six guy, but I like him on the third line with Cooke and Brodzy. That would be an incredibly fast line that could cause some havoc.

Nino Niederreiter- Don't know a whole lot about his game but we definately needed to acquire some bigger Forwards. Hopefully he comes to the wild with a better attitude. He will definately have a chance to win a spot out of training camp.

I think the offense looks better if anything. Bolland who was the #2 C for much of last year doesn't bring nearly as much offensive flair as Pirri does. Also, Morin should inject some more goal scoring into the lineup than Frolik did and having Saad on the 3rd line is definitely a luxury. I almost like this team more than the most recent iteration.
