Was Colborne any good in Providence? I didn't follow the P-Bruins before Colborne was traded away.
Some days he showed flashes of his obvious talent. Most days he was a non factor. Maybe he will mature into a consistent player, but time will tell.
And the guy who said he uses his size, that is false. He may use his reach to get to picks that other players can't get to, but that is about it. He is about as physical as a care bear (definition of perimeter player, not that that is necessarily a bad thing- see Savard), and from what I have seen (not that much this year, but he couldn't have changed his styles that much in a year) he is not a physical threat to anybody.
I say Colborne because looking at the Leafs depth chart he could be playing Centre for them in the not to distant future, because after the 2013 season both Bozak and Connolly are UFA's and I don't see at least one of them (Connolly) being re-signed.
