Absolutely nothing so I don't know why you'd bring that up? You quoted my response to a statement about not wanting to carry 14 forwards.

i keep reading that bachman doesn't have to go through waivers, yet i seem to recall him signing a one-way deal. is there some nuance to the cba (before and/or after the lockout) that i'm missing here?

One way deal means he gets paid his NHL salary in the minors, not that he requires waivers.

Yes. Although I don't know if the waiver rules are exactly the same in the new CBA.
