I think Carrick has Ott potential. Not saying he'll hit this kind of ceiling, but the tools seem to be there.

no, I dont see Ott in his game at all, and do not even see him putting up Ott's numbers
. Think Gregory Campbell. Carrick doesnt do alot of yapping or agitating, but he will drop the gloves and play a solid 2way C game on the 4th line potting 10-15 goals between Ross and Devane long term

Always liked Carrick from what I saw of him at the last 2 rookie tournaments. He doesn't really make a lot of mistakes.
