who knows? But I am sure KHL will force them. Not now, not next season, but within a few years for sure.

Thats what i dont like. Whats the point of such club then? Somewhere in the far east playing in some small arena.Why?

because they are capable to match SKA budget next season, or at least 80% of SKA.

What is better? To have Vladivostok with financial potential (yes, they can have budget of SKA within a few years) or Novokuznetsk with its problems?

KHL expansion before Sochi Games is about FUTURE potential, not current status quo. Nobody will ask you in 2030 about Vladivostok small arena in 13/14 season,but about Vladivostok status in 2030. Does anyone cares TODAY about Khimik?
