Thanks Brock! Never really liked McKegg that much because of the same intensity issues you mentioned. Kid has great offensive instincts but I just don't see much drive in him. I really like Leivo as a prospect, even ignoring his offensive progression his defensive game is great and it keeps improving. That said, this past rookie camp, he didn't really do much at all, was just another jersey out there. Hopefully it's just summer hockey rust.

My favourite Leafs OHL prospects are Leivo and Rupert. I was encouraged by the write-ups. I think Leivo has a chance of being a real nice player. A guy who is 6'2" with a good shot, good offensive instincts and who is apparently one of the better two-way players in the OHL is a nice find for a 3rd round pick.
