Why is Don Cherry going to stay on HNIC? Because the mere mention of his name, and even just guessing if he'll still be on or not--will lead to a thread with tons of posts. Love him or hate him-you'll be talking about him (and watching). And that's what they care about.

I agree. If anyone's going to get the axe, I hope it's Healey first. Just watching him, you'd think he doesn't even like hockey.

Don Cherry is not very nice person concerning foreign cultures and customs. But he is having work in Canadian television station, so why should he have concern over other people than Canadians? I never see Don Cherry and I don't think many people do either.

Cherry just did he show.

Not much to be said.. there was no retirement announcements.

Brought up his Radio Show he has (or had) with Rogers forgot all about that..

So yeah as I am predicting the future will pretty much be.

CBC's Hockey Night in Canada on Rogers Sportsnet.
