why dont they just create a fluctuating CBA that changes each year?

1: players 47% owner 53%
2: Players 48% owner 52%
3:players 49% owners 51%

7: players 52% owners 48%
8: players53% owners 47%

eventually it ends up in both sides favour, is this possible at all?

or even

1: players 50% owners 50% (settle lockout)
2: players 53% owners 47%
3: players 47% owners 53%
4: players 52% owners 48%
5: players 50% owners 50%
6 players 48% owners 52%


etc?

Theres no exact number on how much revenue gain there will be each year for any side to justify a certain year not being fair, and even if they vote the trends to go up profit wise, that just means their next year with more % that comes after theyll just make more and solves the problem...
