Luongo is a much lesser talent and he is going to hit that age years before he becomes movable to a cap floor team or retires.
I have no idea how or why you would compare Luongo to the Canucks (in one of their dumbest moments) signing a 36 year old Messier to a terrible contract. And I don't know what your second sentece even means...
Yet you posted the following in the main Luongo thread only this morning in response to a Florida fan who said Tallon would not include Petrovic in any deal for Luongo
Quoting your good self:
^Here we go again, fans speaking for their GMs in the Luongo thread....:
...........which based on your postings in this thread is completely hypocritical.
.....so let me clarify. You can present stuff as fact, speak for a player/GM but nobody else can........ok, got it.
Where did I say anything like "my GM would never trade that player" or "Oilers say no."?
All I did was present an opinion, clearly stated it was my opinion several times, and supported it with "facts" and "reasoning." Rare around here I know. My problem isn't people presenting an opinion and backing it up with facts (as I did), it's posters saying things for their GMs, such as; "this player would never be traded for that player," or "this player is not available for trade."
In my case I said; 'in my opinion, Luongo will not go to Edmonton because of A, B, and C...'
