Should the Madden games add the CFL

What cost? All you need to do is make a few stadiums, a few uniforms, add the rosters and tweak the rules a bit.

Absolutely not. No need to degrade the Madden franchise and add a league does not even compare to the NFL.

99% of game buyers would never even play the CFL teams, I mean who would when you have 32 NFL teams and the best players in the world to play as.

Its a good idea. i havnt bought a madden game in years, the CFL option would get to buy out of simple curiosity. CFL is balls to the wall football, no sissy fair catch rule like the NFL , backfield in motion, way more fun stuff goin on. i'm in.

if they wanted to, I'm sure EA could add the CFL for a Canadian version of Madden.

Heck, they could strike a deal with a Canadian retailer to make it an exclusive.

Or they could even make the CFL as a DLC, so whoever wants it can get it.

Madden has been boring for awhile now. NCAA>Madden. The only reason I get Madden is because of Online playing purposes(it's an addiction)

I'd be okay with it, but I don't see the reason why to include it, nor do I think there'd be much interest, so.... no.

It literally would serve no point other than to give rough rider fan boys an excuse to spend an extra $70 a year (sometimes I think the other teams don't even have fans)

Furthermore, and I think more importantly, you could only really play it CFL vs. CFL, as a game between a CFL team and an NFL team would be a blow out everytime.

I mean, never mind NFL teams, off the top of my head I could probably name 25 NCAA teams that would smoke even the best CFL team by 40 on a regular basis.

And that's over and above the fact that, as discussed, CFL rules are hilariously bad. I'm still holding out hope that someone will eventually win a grey cup on a missed field goal. I wanna see a coach go to a kicker in a tie game with 0:02 left on the clock and say "Ya know what son, don't even aim, just kick that sum b**** as hard as you can."

As a Canadian, no. Just a waste of data and time spent when they can improve the game in other ways. I'd never play as a CFL team.

Considering the fact that a few Madden employees were able to do it in their spare time, I see no reason why not, and I would definitely buy to be able to play CFL teams.
