Gotta be careful. Since he's not indie, Queen, or Pink Floyd, he's not all that liked on this board.

Still waiting to see if there will be a physical special edition before I order it.

Feels like if you've heard one Marilyn Manson single you've heard them all. Yawn.

One of the few artists I actually get enjoyment out of watching their downward spiral into evermore irrelevancy.

You can thank an annoying girl named Jessica in my High School for that.

Haven't heard Manson's name in years. It's just as well, I've never liked his music.

I've been a fan of his for a very long time but the guy doesn't sing like he used to, and with the exception of "Heart Shaped Glasses" and "sAINT" he hasn't been listenable to me since Holy Wood (and that came out in 2000).

As for "every song of his sounding the same" I'd love to hear how any track from Antichrist Superstar sounds anything like any track on Mechanical Animals.

I'm glad he's still showing the world how rebellious he is through mediocre pop songs.

The only thing Marilyn Manson is rebelling against is poverty - Dennis Miller

Yeah, last Manson album I actually listened to was Holy Wood... nothing since... this single was meh.

I agree, his songs don't sound the same... but the guy has slipped into obscurity and literally does nothing for me anymore... I was a pretty big fan back in the day...

Mind you, I am no longer an angst teenager so perhaps it's connected

Seen Manson in concert 3 times (last one was during Holy Wood tour... think it was called Guns/God/Government Tour) pretty entertaining live show

Yeah, he and anything considered mainstream are cool to hate. I liked his last album and will pick this one up too. Couldn't care less for the opinions of the haters

I'll be buying it too. I prefer his heavier stuff, the first single seems like a good start.

Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals and Golden Age of Grotesque are three of my favorite albums of all time. Hard rock with great hooks, creepy imagery, catchy lyrics. Manson is the man.

Portrait, Anti-Christ, Animals, and Holy Wood are fantastic. I've never gotten tired of them. Did not care for Golden Age or High End and don't even count Eat Me because Twiggy was not involved. I'm cautiously optimistic about the new album. No Reflection has grown on me and I like the sound of the heavy track in the Born Villain short film.

More of the same with Born Villain, buying it as soon as it comes out. Love the album, it's great. F the haters.

Golden Age was the last Manson album I bought and maybe listened to it once. Did not even check the albums after that. Not my thing anymore. I do however enjoy his albums all the way to Holy Wood, Antichrist being my favourite MM album.
This new single did nothing for me.
