That's Daryl Reaugh. Color man for the Stars. He's been calling occasional games for NBC. Most recently he called game 1 of the Blues/Sharks series.

Did some late games for HNIC as well, this season. Stars broadcasts suffered if they also happened to be playing that night, but at least I got to hear Razor on CBC.
