He was on re-entry a couple weeks back and nobody took him. One would have to assume he clears, as do 99.9% of everybody placed on waivers, especially at this time of year, where if a team claims a player off of waivers, that player cannot play in the postseason anyway.

According to his agent, Sebastien Erixon who was traded to the Anaheim Ducks at the Trade Deadline, was on waivers this past week and cleared, meaning his contract with Anaheim has been terminated.
