I did say last page that if there was a streak going that it would be up to that poster as to whether or not they wanted to do it or give it to you and I guess whatever everybody else thinks.......either way I don't care so Slammer whaddya wanna do - if he doesn't respond I guess just wait to see if Slammer will follow through with the GDT and if he doesn't then it will be yours

Dude I really couldn't careless who goes in what order, some people here prefer to have the most recent winner continue to go if somebody called a GDT in advance (as has happened once or twice this season), so I went along those lines and as I did then, I also gave options and ask people what option they want to go with so there aren't problems or confusion and that way everybody can be satisfied......I'm not trying to be a dick to anybody here, because this GDT thing although fun to keep track of the records and stuff, is pretty meaningless and silly to get worked up over

I'm more concerned about the GDT posted for our home games as those are the ones used on the main playoff board. Our standard the last couple of years is not up to par with the rest of the boards come playoff time.
Those are visited by both teams so the expectations are to kick it up a notch.

Well we don't frequent the main board as much so it doesn't matter, but that's just what they do to make things easier.
I like our corny GDT's and if I have to make a fancy one to appease someone on the main board, then I'm going to take my winning record and keep it to myself!
I really don't see it as such a serious deal, its our boards GDT which all have had some form of meaning whether it be an inside joke or whatever, regardless of how pretty it might look
I do think that the main board should have lineups/other important game info such as time, tv, etc but why do we care what other people think of our GDT's? Who are they? This is an internet forum, not a business presentation where we are trying to impress other people......the main boarders don't like it **** em

I agree with this. Of course I'm never on the main board, don't know what anyone else's GDT's are like, and don't follow any other boards. But still. I would rather we enjoy our GDT than people not on this board. If they don't like it, too bad.
