interesting to see that last night the Steve Ott / Vernon Fiddler / Radek Dvorak line was basically the first line when you look at defensive responsibilities and total ice time. Hopefully that will translate into some fresh legs for Mike Ribeiro's and Jamie Benn's lines - although there is some question on who will be playing with Benn if Adam Burish gets back in.

Chicago's going to bring the energy again, and probably earlier than the second period. Dallas is going to have to be on the top of their game to get out of this one with a result.

GO STARS GO!

**anyone know if it's going to be Raycroft tonight? probably should give him the start with an important divisional game on Monday night and 2 point already in the bank.

Yeah having a solid 3rd and 4th line really helps cause our top 6 can rest longer on the bench and not worry about killing penalties and what not. Not to mention our bottom 6 line creates scoring chance.

I would also like to know who are the goalies tonight, Emery-Raycroft? Could be a high scoring game if so

I'd rest Kari for the Coyotes match as Division games are pretty important to win in regulation. But it's early in the season, I bet he could play all those three games in a row without problems. Not that I'm not having confidence in Raycroft. One can be for sure that there'll be lots of shots against tonight as the Hawks need those first points in front of the home crowd.

Chicago is going to come out wanting payback in their building, Stars need to come out strong and take the energy out of the Hawks and their fans. Raycroft needs to step up and it's good to see that Burish will be back.

Let's Go Stars!

I really like the fact Raycroft is playing tonight and the message that sends. Last year you could see the bad habits developing immediately with Crawford. He kept rationalizing not starting Raycroft by talking about how the schedule just happened to line up a certain way in the early portions of the year.

yeah Raycroft should match up pretty well with Emery - atleast to the point where it's going to be the teams that decide this one and not the goaltenders.

Winning this game is probably going to take more than 2 goals however. Let's hope the Stars get on the board early and often!

**ok it looks like Crawford is starting for the Hawks again. Guess they want to put their best foot forward for the home opener. Dallas just needs to work their ass off on the backcheck and along the boards (where I believe they have the advantage) and hope for some good bounces.

Will there be a stream for those not in the Dallas area?
