Looks like Clune is just an assist away from a Gordie Howe hat trick.
It's just too bad that Clune isn't bigger like King or perhaps that King doesn't have Clune's grit and heart.

Moller is over playing in the SEL. He still projects to be a top 6 right wing with leadership capabilities. Probably won't be with the Kings, but he will get his shot in the NHL in the near future, next year or the year after.
haha no it's a keeper league, im not sure if i should do it ...

Monarchs have 12 goals in 3 games. Yeah, they play the same system as the Kings.

And they have no offensive upside in the line-up

Maybe he could bring his russian center/lw friend along for the ride, now that Penner's back in the dog house.

Looks like they had Legein in for Justin Johnson. Monarchs lineup:
Cliche-Loktionov-Nolan
King-Azevedo-Kozun
Kaunisto-Paddock-Meckler
Clune-Vey-Legein
Campbell-Hickey
Muzzin-Voynov
Mullen-Kolomatis
Jones-Zatkoff
Good to see Muzzin is back playing.

How does that lineup score 12 goals in two games?
I see maybe three NHL forwards, Loktionov, Kozun and Vey. They must get a lot from the defense.

No, I'd say he has a ways to go before he's a regular in the lineup. Wouldn't be surprised if either Muzzin or Voynov get the call to head to LA with Doughty out 7 to 10 days with the upper body injury (can you say right shoulder injury?).
Monarchs played a fantastic game in Portland. All forward lines and D are really clicking. Martin Jones in net, enough said, this kid is just plain great.

Voynov not in the lineup today. Looks like he got called up to replace Dewey for the time being.

Good for Voynov, I'm sure DL told him he'd be the first call up anyways.
