I'm liking Gomez tonight. Going to the net a lot more, taking more shots, making better decisions. Aside from a few stupid passes, he has been one of our better players tonight.

I'm a huge Desharnais fan, but I wouldn't even go that far. He's not been bad, but far from great. He'd be in the "middle" pile of names when you sort them.

If Gionta wasn't such a slow starter, I think the Habs would have at least two more goals this season so far. As long as Gomez keeps up his play, I don't mind. Gionta will hit his stride sooner or later.
