Any sane person who didn't know better would say you're crazy & exaggerating. But sadly, you're exactly right

If I had listened to my rep, I'd have the choice between a 200% increase to $270 seats or the back of the line to get a pair of "whatever's left". Fortunately, I saw the scum for what they are and moved upstairs the yr before the renovation when they screwed everyone they could...
Yet you're still a season ticket holder? You make it sound like they drove over your kitten with a pickup.

The ticket reps are doing what they've been told to do: MAKE MONEY. Their success is gauged on how much money they make for the organization... just like everywhere else in business.

Umm, I mentioned Haagen Daas because that is what boudreu stopped for when he was in the mall with his kids in 24/7 last year. Then i just went on a food tangent, unrelated.

So what are the numbers of these new 300 level sections??? Did they change like the 100's did??? And so this also means that some 300 level season ticket holders will be in new seats for the whole season?? Hopefully now these 300 level sets behind the goal will allow u to see complete action of the near goal!

No they are still the same numbered 300 sections...they are just more elevated and connected differently from the rest of the 300s. I am not sure if some sth are relocated or not from that section, but there are others who will be moving around throughout the season. As for your last comment, I definitely think the higher elevation of the new seats will definitely help you see behind the net/near the goal better.

Those seats from the picture look completely finished.... I would think full season ticket holders will be able to sit in them starting on Thursday...

Wow, I'd never do business with you. Everywhere else in business, performance is gauged on your ability to make money while maintaining an HONEST reputation...

The Rangers have a monopoly and as such, believe their action have no consequences. It's a common mistake in business when times are good. If/when they turn, those businesses usual fail or require an act of desperation to survive. Ask the Mets how thats working out...

I restructure Billion dollar corporations for a living so I've seen this mentality many times. You are correct that the reps are just the face for Cablevision's vile way of doing business. Their business is eroding and will inevitably fail as technology is making them obsolete and their poor corporate attitude has resulted in ZERO customer loyalty.

The reps are supposed to be YOUR arm to the team, too. You'd assume that a rep would try and have your best interests in hand as well as the teams. At least that should be the intention, there. A shame what you've had to deal with.

You didn't really think Dolan was going to pay somebody to look after your/mine/our interests, did you?

Actually reps are a relatively new position. I didn't get my first "official" rep until about 9-10 years ago. I always knew people in the season subscription office because I have moved so many times in the last 17 years. Reps were added to a) keep existing customers happy and b) solicit new business. Some do it better than others. Several years ago Odie Paula (I think she is still there) went out way out of her way to help me out and made me a fan of the department forever. As far as I am concerned, they are innocent until proven guilty.
