I might just be lucky because as an 8 year STH who has family with over 20 years tenure I find that whenever I call for extra tickets etc. they are more than accomadating. I picked up 8 extra WC tickets together with no extra charge and got 4 extra playoff tickets for games 3 and 4 last year against Washington. I have NEVER had a problem as a STH that wasn,t taken care of.
I agree that they attempt to accomodate, but you have to ask.
In terms of west Balcony, I called in a week ago looking to buy a block for a group. They said they had only 10 seats remaining for the rest of the season for three games (4, 4, and 2). They sold them to me for $45 a pop (no additional fees) because I am a STH.

Has anyone come across the blueprints / renderings for next season's new 400-deck yet?

Deck == level. The current 400's are getting completely demolished sometime in June/July

This is the only rendering I was able to find of it; it's one of the original renderings of the deck:

The two high-res renderings I posted before of the completed bowl and the East Balcony also shows the 400-deck but only from a distance:

It clearly shows how the upper bowl will look like on the 7th Ave side. The currently existing new upper bowl wheelchair section on that side looks like it will stay intact next year and there will be no expansion to the other sections there thanks to the 9th floor suites that will stay where they are after the Transformation is finished in 2013. (Still can't determine from that angle how the upper bowl on the 8th Ave end will look like)

Also, the full arena bowl rendering shows that the Blue Seat Bar is actually going to be located behind the upper bowl seats on the 33rd Street side of the arena (hints of it also being on the 31st Street side as well in the other rendering) rather than being behind the goals. Unless the entire upper ring above the bowl seating will be considered the Blue Seat Bar, the two street sides seem like will be the locations of the BSB and not the balconies.
Other than these three, I can't find anything else and I don't expect anything else until the arena closes again for the 2nd round of renovations.

Yeah that's the old stuff we've all seen. The plans for the new deck must have been completed by now. I'm looking forward to seeing the new renderings and how seats will potentially be relocated.

Probably looking at $44-49, and 300's will be about $65

I have no idea where you go this from. I've been told the cheapest tix in the building will be around $50 and there won't be many of those. 300's will range $75-over $100 for 1st row upper deck center ice

Just a guess, and according to my math $49 is "around $50". I can't see them getting away with 300's starting at $75 though, people aren't going to renew in the corners/goal at that price, and $100 for center 300's is really pushing it. Nothing would surprise me from Dolan though, especially if the Rangers go all the way

I expect the cheapest tickets to be 50 a piece.

Right, I'm aware of that. The current 400 level seats will be incorporated into the new upper level and will become the last 10 or whatever rows behind the current 300s (which will be raised about 10 feet and be move forward slightly.) The new 400 level will (I believe) only exist at the ends where the fan deck will be located, as per the pic above.

The fan deck isnt considered 400s, technically it is a level up (500s). It is the same as the west balcony, just on the opposite side. I was told that the bridges will run across and connect the 2 decks from the ends of each. So on each end of the west balcony will be the start of the bridges that will go across to connect to the opposing deck.

Gotcha, so then that definitely foreshadows a per-row pricing structure like in Philadelphia with cheapest at the back and highest at the front. According to darrenturcotte#8 it's going to be $50 to $100. I see a lot of cancelled subscriptions at that range

Absolutely, I agree there will be a pricing structure. Probably $100/$80/$60 give or take for the center upper level seats with the prices dropping every half dozen rows as you move towards the back. Then perhaps $90/$70/$50 for the corners/ends. The cheapest lower level seats are currently $100 at the ends, so I don't see the upper levels starting out above that amount. $20 may be on the high end for the "dropoff" from one tier to the next, but that's just a guess on my part.

Don't think they will go $60 as the cheapest for the center upper bowl. People in the center 400's currently pay $39 and as bad as they are, I can't see them jacking it up more than 50 percent. I think $45-$50 is what that area will wind up being towards the back of the lower bowl.

Yea I guess it makes sense that the cheapest lower level seats are 100, they cannot make the upper level seats 100. Maybe 85 at the lowest-center most point.

They can if they jack up the cost of the cheapest lowest. Would not be unexpected

Well, my pair in the lower level was jacked up 95% this season...so I don't see why they wouldn't do a 50% increase from $39 to $60. And I was suggesting $60 as the cheapest for centers...I still think there will be $50 seats in the last few rows at the ends. But I would be shocked if they only increase the back centers by 15% to $45. All I'm saying is get ready to be hammered big time this summer if you sit in the 300s or 400s. It's coming. As they say, "Hockey's Different Here".
